Prerequisites: Must maintain a “B” to remain in this class. A student will be dropped at the semester if a “B” average is not maintained
Credit: 1/2 per Semester

This class will be offered Zero Hour. Transportation will not be provided.

Zero Hour enrollment will be based on class size if registration is high. Preference is given to 9th and 10th grade students. Seniors may not take Zero Hour.

Students who are exempted from PE for any reason (ex. Band, Sports) may not register for this class due to the sequential nature of curriculum.

Must be signed up for this class at the beginning of each school year. Cannot join this class at second semester due to curriculum design.

This semester class will provide a unique opportunity to participate in a weight room setting while working on each student’s individually designed weight program. Speed and agility training will be emphasized two days per week.
