Physical/Health Education

The Physical Educational Department has a variety of courses to choose from to meet the needs of our students. For our freshmen and sophomores, they may have the choice of the PE Class, Dance Classes (I of II), and the Weight Training/Speed/Agility Class. For our junior and senior students, the students have the additional opportunity of Mind Body or to be a Peer Leader for either our Instructional PE class or our Freshman or Sophomore classes. All classes will have fitness days with fitness concepts to promote and understand the role of exercising as part of daily living.
