Attendance Office
- Students that are called in for late arrival will be marked absent until the student checks into the Attendance Office. If the student does not check in, they will be marked absent for the day.
- All students arriving late need to check into the Attendance Office.
- Emails will be sent to the first contact listed for all absences.
- Absences not excused within 48 hours will be marked as unexcused. Detentions will be scheduled.
- We understand some doctor appointments have to be scheduled during instructional time; we ask that we are given more than an hour notice to send for students with early dismissals.
- Students with early dismissal must checkout in the Attendance Office. They will need a pass to show security to leave the building. If they do not have a pass, security will return them to the Attendance Office.
- Parents can call (815) 899-8130, send an email to dkroeger@syc427.org, or send a note with their student (signed and dated) for early dismissals.
