National Honor Society Application 2026
Juniors and seniors who have earned a weighted grade point average of 3.5 or higher are eligible to apply to the National Honor Society. Students should review the Google Slides presentation on the steps to apply to the National Honor Society.

Application Consent Form (Part 1 of 2)
To be completed on paper copy and turned in to the Main Office.
- Please include your name and student ID on forms where indicated.
- The Application Consent Form must be completed and signed by the student and parent/guardian in order to be considered for NHS membership.

Reminder: Your completed and signed Application Consent Form and digital Leadership/Service/Activity Form must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026 to be considered for 2026-2027 membership. Late applications will not be considered.
